Grass Technology to partner with Kenyan company to help increase dairy farm yields

Grass Technology is partnering with Kenyan company and Business Ireland Kenya member Dairy Africa to increase yields of dairy farmers in the East African country with support from the Irish Government’s Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine’s Africa Agri-Food Development Programme (AADP).

Based in County Carlow in Ireland, Grass Technology manufacture and distribute their zero grazing machines.

These grazers have enabled dairy farmers throughout the UK and Ireland to convert to a Zero Grazing system during the spring, summer and autumn which the company claim means that farmers “have been able to considerably reduce their production costs and improve productivity.”
